1 8 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 c. beef broth
1 onion, chopped
1 3.5 lb. chuck roast
2 T. oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. Grey Poupon mustard
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. garlic powder

Combine tomato paste, beef broth and onion in shallow dish and add roast. Cover and marinate for 8 hours. Remove roast from marinade. Combine marinade with oil, vinegar ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika and garlic and pour over roast.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees 2.5 to 3 hours. Skim fat from sauce and serve.
