Grilled Salmon with Red Currant Glaze

1 cup red currant jelly
4 salmon steaks
Salt and Pepper
1 T lemon juice
2 t balsamic vinegar
2 t dijon mustard
1 T olive oil

Melt 1/2 c. jelly in saucepan. Season salmon with s & p and coat both sides with jelly. Grill about 8 minutes, turn once, until done.
Melt remaining jelly. Add lemon juice, vinegar and mustard. Whisk in oil and season with s & p. Spoon sauce over grilled salmon.
