Shepherds Pie

1 lb. Ground Beef
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
4 oz. Cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese – divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c beef gravy
Brown meat in lg. Skillet. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 c shredded cheese and garlic together. Stir veggies and gravy into meat and spoon into 9” square baking dish. Cover with potato mix. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 375 for 20 min.
