St. Patricks Day Dip - Slow Cooker

8 oz. Cream cheese
8 oz. Sour cream
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Corned beef, thin sliced and chopped
8 oz. Sauerkraut
2 T. Worcestershire
2 T. Milk
1/2 t. Garlic powder
Place 3 cheeses in slow cooker. Add corned beef and sauerkraut. Mix. It is very hard to mix at this point. Cover and cook on high for 1 hr. Add Worcestershire, milk and garlic. Mix and cook 30 more minutes. Cooking longer than this changes taste, so remove from heat. Serve with assorted crackers.
Try microwaveing all except milk for 2 minutes, stir, heat for another 2 minutes. Add milk if needed.
