Chip Dip

2 cans shoe peg corn
1 can Rotel
1 can black beans
1 can green chilies
1 block cream cheese
1/2 t. garlic
1 t. cumin
1 t. chili powder

Drain corn, Rotel, beans, chilies together. Mix cream cheese with garlic, cumin and chili powder. When cream cheese is soft, mix with can mix. Chill and serve with Fritos.
