Flank Steak with Horseradish Sauce

For Steak:
1/4 c. bourbon whiskey or beef broth
2 T. soy sauce
Marinate 1 1/2 lb. flank steak in above mix for 24 hours. Prepare grill, pat steaks dry and season with 1 to 2 T. Montreal Steak Seasoning. Grill 4 - 5 minutes per side and cut diagonally into thin slices. Serve with Horseradish Sauce:

1/2 c. Yogurt
2 T. prepared horseradish
1t. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic minced

Combine and chill.
