Rueben Quesadillas

4 10 inch flour tortillas
1/2 c. thousand island dressing
1 lb. corn beef, thinly sliced
2 c. sauerkraut, drained well
8 slices Swiss cheese
oil spray
Spread 2 t. dressing on one side of each tortilla. Layer 1/4 corn beef, 1/2 c sauerkraut and 2 slices of cheese over half of each tortilla. Fold tortilla in half, pressing to seal. Saute in skillet sprayed with oil spray 2 - 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
