Gorgonzola and White Wine Cheese Balls

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 oz. gorgonzola chunks
1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 T. white wine
2 T. paprika
1/2 c. chopped pistachio or pecans

Mix 3 cheeses and wine and roll into tablespoon size balls. Mix paprika and nuts and roll cheese balls in mixture. Chill and serve.
