Cranberry Pineapple Jello Mini\'s

20 oz. can crushed pineapple, in juice, undrained
2 - 3 oz. pkg. Raspberry gelatin
16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
2/3 c. walnut pieces
1 apple, chopped

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to juice to measure 2 1/2 c., pour into saucepan and bring to boil. Add gelatin mixes and stir until dissolved. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and apples. Spoon into muffin cups and refrigerate until firm.
