Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken

6 each, chicken thighs and chicken legs
28 oz. chopped tomatoes with jalapeno, divided
1/4 c. peanut butter
4 c. cooked rice

Place chicken thighs in slow cooker, top with half of tomatoes and half of peanut butter. Repeat with remaining chicken, tomatoes and peanut butter. Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high. Serve over rice.
Serves 6
