Chicken Breast with Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

4 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
4 oz. goat cheese
2 T. sun dried tomato pesto
2 lg. chopped garlic cloves
4 T. basil pesto
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs or maybe panko
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 c. red pasta sauce
salt and pepper
Pound chicken to 1/2 inch. Combine goat cheese, sun dried tomato pesto and garlic. Spoon evenly over all chicken breast. Spoon basil pesto at narrow end of chicken breast and starting there, roll tightly into log. Place on parchment lined baking dish. Pat bread crumbs on top and drizzle with oil. Bake 20 - 30 minutes at 375 degrees until no longer pink. Heat pasta sauce and place in serving bowl and put chicken on top.
