Potato Crusted Chicken

3/4 c. dry mashed potatoes
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 t. dried oregano leaves
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine potatoes, grated cheese and oregano. Bruch chicken with mayonnaise and dip into potato mix to coat. Place on foil lined jelly roll pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
