Champagne Chicken

Chicken parts
4 T. butter
1 c. onion, sliced
1 c. brandy
2 T. flour
2 c. Champagne
1 t. oregano
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 more onion, sliced
salt and pepper

Saute chicken parts in butter in electric skillet. Add one onion and simmer for 3 minutes. Add brandy and flame. Immediately stir in flour and stir while flaming to diffuse flour. Add champagne, oregano, mushrooms and onion. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
