Fiesta Sausage Dip

1 pkg. regular flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
16 oz jar, yellow banana peppers, drained, seeded and finely chopped
3 pickled jalapeno peppers, about 1/4 c. seeded, and finely chopped
16 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. sweet red pepper, chopped
cilantro
green onions
Ritz crackers
Cook onion and sausage. Stir in jalapeno and banana peppers and cover and cook 1 1/2 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and tomatoes. Cook until heated through. Fold in red pepper and cilantro and green onion.
Makes 5 1/2 c.
