Beef Short Ribs

Beef Short Ribs
1/2 c. Beef Broth
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 jar currant jelly

Season and brown short ribs in oil and place in slow cooker. Add broth and cover ribs with onion and green pepper. Seal with currant jelly and cook all day. Just before serving mix your favorite barbeque sauce to taste and cook until reheated.
