Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp

6 c. rhubarb, sliced into 1 " pieces
2 c. sliced strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
juice of one orange
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. butter, melted
In 8 c. casserole combine rhubarb, stawberries, sugar and orange juice. In bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, almonds and butter. Mix well. Spread oat topping evenly over fruit mix. Bake on Convection at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until topping is golden brown and filling is tender. Top with ice cream.
Serves 6 - 8
