Blueberries and Cream French Toast

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c butter
1 orange rind, grated
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
Preheat Convection oven to 325 degrees.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, butter and orange rind, blend well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in milk. Arrange bread in greased 13 x 9 pan. Pour cheese mix over bread. Let stand 15 minutes. Just before baking, brush top of bread with cheese mix from pan to cover. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake 35 - 40 minutes until golden. Cut and serve with blueberry orange sauce.
Serves 6 - 8

Blueberry Orange Sauce
1/2 c sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 orange, juiced and rind, grated
1 c. blueberries
Combine sugar and corn starch in saucepan. Blend in water, rind, juice and berries. Cook on medium stirring constantly until mix is thick and clear. Serve warm.
