Mom Jackie Mom Chicken Salad Casserole

4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 c. diced celery
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded cheese
2 t. onion, chopped
2 t. lemon juice
Mayonnaise, just enough to moisten above ingredients
1 c toasted almonds

Mix all of above together, place in casserole, top with sliced tomatoes
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Top with 3 c potato chips and a sprinkle of cheese, bake until browned on top.
