Chicken Artichoke Cheese Spread

3 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese or Boursin Cheese
2 c. parmesan cheese
14 oz. can artichokes, drained and diced.I used 2
1 c. chopped pecans
8 scallions, chopped
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt, pepper

Stir together everything but 4 green tops of scallions. Spoon into loaf pan lined with saran wrap. Cover and chill 8 hours. Invert onto decorative plate, sprinkle remaining scallion tops over plate and serve with crackers or celery.
