Chili-Cheesy Rice Pie

4 cups cooked rice
1 can Campbell's® Condensed Nacho Cheese Soup -- undiluted
2 15 oz. cans Hormel® Turkey Chili with Beans
1/2 cup sour cream -- optional
1/4 cup sliced green onions -- optional
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the rice and soup.
3. Transfer the rice mixture to a greased 9-inch pie plate. Press the rice
evenly over the bottom and up the sides to form a "pie crust".
4. Pour the turkey chili into the rice crust. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30
minutes or until very hot.
5. Remove from the oven and let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
6. Top each serving with sour cream and a sprinkling of green onions, if
desired, and serve.
