Mexican Lime Soup

Saute
1/2 finely chopped onion,
1 finely chopped clove of garlic,
1 finely chopped stalk of celery
2 c chicken pieces
in 1 T butter until chicken is cooked and veggies are soft,
approx. 5-6 minutes.

Add
2 cans of chicken broth,
2 cans of water,
juice of 2 limes,
1 T chopped parsley,
1/2 t oregano and thyme
dash of chili peppers and simmer for 15
minutes. Add 3 T chopped cilantro just before serving.
