Kid Stuff Chocolate Truffles

1 pkg. semi-sweet baking chips
4 oz. cream cheese; softened
8 oz. cool whip; thawed.

Suggested coatings:
powdered sugar, finely chopped pecans, toasted coconut, colored sprinkles Microwave chocolate at 50% for 1 minute. Stir and heat 1 minute more. Add cream cheese; stir until well blended. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in cool whip. Press into foil lined 8" pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll mixture into 1" balls Roll into desired coatings. Store in Refrigerator.
