Low Fat Beef And Blue Cheese Salad

3 oz. low sodium roast beef, such as Boar's Head, thinly sliced
2 cups torn romaine lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomato
2 T. blue cheese
2 T. light balsamic dressing

Cut roast beef into thin strips. Combine roast beef, lettuce and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, toss gently. Makes 1 serving.
