Blender garlic mayonnaise

Makes 2 1/4 cups
Ingredients:
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic puree
3 tablespoons white vinegar
Directions:
Put egg, mustard, salt, and 1/4 cup of the oil in blender and blend on low for several minutes, until the liquid begins to thicken.
With the blender running pour in another 1/2 cup of oil a few drops at a time. Add the vinegar, garlic, and the remaining 1/2 c. oil. Blend until it reaches the consistency of store-bought mayo. This may take several minutes, so be patient.
Put in tightly closed jar or container, and refrigerate until used.
