Ready in: 1-2 hrs
- 40 pounds choice ground sirloin
- 10 pounds sweet Italian sausage
- 10 pounds hot Italian sausage
- 40 green bell peppers, chopped
- 40 white onions, chopped
- 20 jumbo cans diced tomatoes
- 3 cans kidney beans (or more, if desired)
- 1 jar mild chunky salsa
- 1 jar spicy chunky salsa
- garlic and spices
- 1 regular-size chocolate candy bar, chopped
- olive oil
