Amanda's Scrambled Eggs With Ham and Mushrooms

4 ounces mushroom pieces
1/2 can canned ham -- cut into small pieces
3 eggs

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Sauté mushrooms in skillet until heated through. Add ham and eggs. Cook until set. Serve hot with salt and pepper.
