Baked Fish a la Turner

Serves: 6

6 fillets of your favorite fish, 1-inch thick
garlic powder
touch of sugar
Beau Monde seasoning
2 medium onions, sliced
4-5 celery stalks, chopped
4-6 carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
10.5 ounces condensed tomato soup
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 teaspoon curry powder

Preheat oven to 350°.

Grease a baking dish and place fish in it, skin side down. Sprinkle fish with the garlic powder. A touch of sugar, and the Beau Monde seasoning.

Saute or microwave the onions, celery, sour cream, salt and pepper, and the curry powder. Blend well.

Pour the vegetable sauce over the fish.

Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
