jalapeno peppers, whole -- cut in half and seeded
cream cheese -- softened
sausage
bacon
Cut jalapenos in half, and seed. Stuff with cream cheese. Cover all with a layer of sausage. Wrap a slice of bacon around each "egg." Bake, or grill. Bake at 375 degrees, until bacon is cooked and chese in center is melted. Caution very hot!
NOTES : Any combination of cheeses and sausages and bacons may be used to achieve different results and flavors.
