Chili Powder

3 tablespoons ground ancho chili
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Mexican oreagno
garlic, to taste
onion, to taste
hot peppers, to taste

Mix well. Store in an airtight container. Use 1-2 tablespoons per quart of chili.
