Yield: 2/3 cup.
1/2 cup cinnamon
1 tablespoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon ground cloves
Blend ingredients well. Use a long with sugar in apple pie, applesauce, baked apples. Use 1/ 4 tsp per each cup of sliced apples.
