- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 3 eggs
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9 cake pan. Combine cake mix, apple pie filling and eggs. Beat 2 minutes with mixer at medium speed. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, pour over remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
