Ready in: 2-5 hrs

  • 1 tube (38-count size) Ritz crackers, crushed fine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine

***TOPPING***

  • 1 can (6 ounce size) pink lemonade (or limeade), thawed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 container (12 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed

For Cracker Mix: Mix all together and put half in a 9" x 13" pan. Save other half for topping.

For Topping: Mix above 3 ingredients together. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.

To serve, cut into squares. Can be kept frozen for several months.
