  • 1 container (16 ounce size) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 can (8 ounce size) chopped water chestnuts, drained
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in the spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Can chill up to 24 hours.

Serve the spinach dip with crackers, bagel chips, or veggie dippers.
