Spinach Dip With Water Chestnuts

Ready in: 2-5 hrs
- 1 container (16 ounce size) sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 can (8 ounce size) chopped water chestnuts, drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in the spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Can chill up to 24 hours. Serve the spinach dip with crackers, bagel chips, or veggie dippers.
