Steve's chili verde

3 pounds pork shoulder, cut into cubes
2 onions, medium, minced
2 to 3 Jalapeno peppers, chopped/ seeded
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can (15 oz size) pinto beans with liquid
1 can (15 oz size) white kidney beans with liquid
1 can (15 oz size) tomatoes with liquid
1 large can (28 oz) tomatillos with liquid
1 cup water or chicken stock
2 cans (4 oz size) green chilies
1 tablespoon sugar
4 clove garlic, minced
Garlic salt to taste
1 T Cumin
1 T Oregano
In a large pot, saute onions/garlic/ jalapenios in oil. Add pork and stir to brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered till pork tender and liquid reduced.
