Smoked Tuna Dip

Ingredients:

1 large can tuna in water (drained)
8 oz cream cheese (softened at room temp)
1 TBSP grated onion
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp horseradish
1/4 liquid smoke

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until well blended. This is best if made a few hours ahead of time for the best flavor. Serve with your favorite crackers.
