Beef Stroganoff on Egg Noodles

My mother made this recipe frequently, and it is so good! Serves 6.
1 package egg noodles to serve 6
1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups beef bouillon (2 cubes dissolved
in boiling water)
1 tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
1 small can of chopped mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
Melt butter in a frying pan, saute onions. Add flour, mix until bubbly. Slowly add the beef bouillon a little at a time, mixing with a whisk to minimize lumps. Stir in Worchestershire Sauce, then mushrooms. Prepare egg noodles according to the package. Drain.
Immediately before serving, stir sour cream into the beef/mushroom sauce. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
