Sausage and Grilled Chicken Pasta

1/2 lb sausage (mild, Italian, or hot)
1 Grilled Chicken Breast (diced)
1 Can Diced Italian tomatoes (drained)
1 roasted red pepper (fresh or jar)
1 clove Garlic
1 Tsp capers
1 Tbls fresh Basil, chopped
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 Tsp of Crushed Red Pepper
1 Tbls sriracha sauce (optional)
1/3 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1/3 box spaghetti or large shells
In a large pan, brown and crumble sausage, then drain most of the liquid from diced tomatoes, and add to sausage.
Add garlic, crushed red pepper, roasted red pepper, sriracha sauce (if you like a little spice), Capers, salt & pepper. Simmer to reduce liquid (20 minutes or so)and stir regularly.
Boil Spaghetti or shells per directions on box.
Add Grilled Chicken, Rosemary sprigs, and Mozzarella to pan while stirring regularly; simmer for 5 more minutes while pasta is boiling.
Remove sauce from heat. Add Basil. Remove rosemary sprigs before serving. Stuff into large shells or on top of spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy. Serves 2.
