JAMBALAYA - Crock Pot

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups smoked ham or 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 medium onion, carrot and green pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, sliced
3 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp each dried basil, thyme, oregano, parsley and Cajun seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 lb shrimp, cooked
2 cups rice, cooked

Add all ingredients, except shrimp and rice, to the crock pot on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. 30 minutes before serving, fold in the shrimp and rice. Cover and allow to heat through.
