FRUIT SMOOTHIE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE BARS

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
4 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 (12 oz) pkg frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries), thawed and drained or 3 cups fresh mixed berries and 3/4 cup sugar (Mix fresh fruit and extra sugar when mixing the cream cheese mixture.)
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed, divided
Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Mix first 3 ingredients and press firmly onto bottom of pan and refrigerate while preparing filling.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Smash drained berries with a fork and stir into cheese mixture. Gently stir in 2 cups of whipped topping. Spoon over crust, cover. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan before cutting into pieces to serve. Top with remaining whipped topping. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
