PORK CHOPS DELIGHT - Crock Pot

4-6 boneless pork chops
Flour, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder
2 tbsp. oil
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. flour
8 oz sour cream

Heat oil in skillet. Dredge chops in seasoned flour and brown on both sides. Layer chops in crock pot with onion slices. Pour broth over. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir 2 tbsp. of seasoned flour into the sour cream until smooth. Stir sour cream into the crock pot and blend into the cooking juices. Raise crock pot too high for 15-30 minutes or until the liquid has thickened. Serve sauce with chops over noodles or rice. Serves 4-6
