SHRIMP AND CHICKEN PENNE

1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2 inch strips
4 tsp OLD BAY Seasoning, divided
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz penne pasta, cooked al dente
1 cup thawed broccoli florets or green peas
3 green onions, sliced
During the last 5 minutes of cooking the pasta, add the broccoli or the peas, then drain. Coat chicken with 1 tsp of the Old Bay Seasoning. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, cook 2 to 3 minutes per side. Coat shrimp with 2 tsp of the Old Bay Seasoning. Add shrimp to chicken, cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Mix remaining 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning and cream. Stir into skillet with cooked pasta and green onions. Simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and pasta is heated through.
