STRAWBERRY PIZZA

1 cup butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 (10 oz.) pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter. Add sugar and flour. Press into a pizza pan. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Blend cream cheese with milk. Add extract and lemon juice. Spread over cooled crust. In a medium saucepan combine strawberries and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer. Cool.
