Sirloin Steak & Tarragon-Cream Sauce

+ 1 garlic clove, minced
+ 1/3 c. Schnucks sour cream
+ 1/4 c. light mayonnaise
+ 2 Tbsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
+ 1 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
+ 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
+ 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
+ Schnucks non-stick cooking spray
+ 1 1/4 lb. boneless beef loin sirloin steak

1. In small serving bowl, stir garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, 1 tsp. tarragon, salt and pepper until well blended; set aside.

2. Spray grill pan with nonstick cooking spray. Rub steak with remaining 1/2 tsp. tarragon and sprinkle with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat 2 min. Add steak and cook 10 min. turning every 2 to 3 min., or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for medium-rare, or cook to desired doneness.

3. Transfer steak to cutting board; let stand 5 min. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into 1/4-in.-thick slices and transfer to warm serving platter. Pass tarragon-cream sauce to serve with steak.
