EASY CHINESE BARBEQUE SAUCE

Hoison Sauce
Plum Sauce
Rice Wine Vinegar
Soy Sauce

Very easy, make as much as needed. Use equal amounts of hoison sauce, plum sauce, and rice wine vinegar. In a sauce pan simmer till hot, add a couple dashes of soy sauce to taste.
