BEEF RUB

Category: Rubs

1 cup EACH:
Salt
White pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Liberally apply to the meat you are cooking - brisket, beef ribs or steak. Let the meat stand for at least 30 minutes before you cook it. Place remaining rub in an air-tight container and store until next time.
