BBQ Rub

9 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt and thyme
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp hickory smoked salt
2 1/2 tsp BBQ seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt, cayenne pepper and marjoram
3/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
Combine all ingredients and blend in food processor using 3 to 5 second pulses until smooth.
Coat meat with rub, wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight for flavors to soak into meat.
Great on pork, beef, chicken, fish and game.
Note: Store in airtight container.
