Polish Stuffed Mushroom Kebabs

Yield: 6 servings

2 1/4 lb Button mushrooms or cremini mushrooms
1/2 lb Ground pork
1/2 lb Ground beef
4 ea Garlic cloves minced
1 ea Onion minced
2 ea Eggs beaten
1 tb Bread crumbs
2 ts Marjoram
Hot paprika powder
Salt & pepper

Clean mushrooms by wiping off all the dirt then rinsing very lightly.
Remove stems then mince them very fine & set aside.

Mix meat, garlic, onion, reserved mushroom stems, eggs, bread crumbs, marjoram, paprika, salt & pepper together.

Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture.
Thread stuffed mushrooms on skewers then grill on a med-hot grill for 2-3 mins. just to get grill marks.

Wrap them in aluminum foil then finish cooking them on a cooler part of
grill.

*NOTE: These skewers can also be prepared under a broiler.
