SHERRY-GLAZED RIBS

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup sherry
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp granulated onion
2 lbs country-style ribs, trimmed
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp pepper

Bring tomato sauce, sherry, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and granulated onion to a boil in saucepan over medium heat; reduce heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until of glaze consistency, stirring occasionally.

Rub both sides of ribs with oil; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cook ribs with lid down for 30-35 minutes longer. Brush ribs with sherry glaze; turn. Cook with lid down for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Brush both sides with sherry glaze. Serves 4
