1/2 pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb ground beef or 1/2 lb each ground pork, ground veal and ground beef
2 eggs
1 tsp tomato paste
4 drops hot sauce
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp crumbled basil and oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 recipe spaghetti sauce

Mix all ingredients except sauce; form into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Roll in flour and brown in shortening. Cook in sauce over low heat or bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
