POLYNESIAN SPARERIBS

1 (3 lb) slab pork spareribs
1 cup chicken bouillon
1/4 cup honey, soy sauce and ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp seasoned salt
Trim ribs; cut into halves or into serving portions. Arrange spareribs in nonreactive dish. Pour mixture of bouillon, honey, soy sauce, catsup, garlic and seasoned salt over spareribs, turning to coat. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. Drain, reserving marinade.
Grill spareribs with lid down over medium-hot coals for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn spareribs. Cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Baste with reserved marinade during cooking process. Srves 4
